Judith Popso is the Chief Compliance Officer for General Human Outreach in the Community Inc. (GHO). Judith’s past work experience has been in both the for-profit and non-profit sector. Judith holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Scranton in Rehabilitation Counseling. She is currently certified under the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselors. She spent her early career in Mental Health Services and the Business Sector as a Contract Negotiator and Manager. Her past experience includes extensive experience in Medicaid Management, both regulatory and loss control. She has worked with and in hospitals, medical clinics, vocational training centers, partial hospitalization centers, schools and residential programs. Her past experience in Quality Improvement, Incident Management and Compliance has allowed her to develop expertise in compliance, analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively. Judith has been in the ID/DD sector for the past 15 years working in the Compliance field.

In her free time, she contributes her time and energy to volunteering with Animal Rescue Groups which she finds to be a truly rewarding experience.
